Respectful Relationships: The whole school approach

One-day training for the community sector


  Full day (9:30am to 4:30pm)
Essential training for: Community health workers, youth workers, social workers, community development workers, or anyone from the community sector currently working with schools – or wanting to – on respectful relationships education.
Training Outcomes: This training supports participants to:

  • Develop and deepen an evidence-based understanding of primary prevention of violence against women and a whole school approach to respectful relationships education
  • Further identify and strengthen the role of the community sector to support schools around respectful relationships education
  • Understand the complexities of school systems and the skills needed to work within them effectively
  • Explore ways to work with the whole school community, including parents, staff, students and other external organisations
