PiP’s Respectful Relationships Education online hub

PiP has put together a suite of resources to assist in the delivery of respectful relationships education (RRE) which is the youth-focused strategy for preventing violence against women. Included are

-resources for educators including the rationale for RRE and a session plan

-resources aimed at young people developed by PiP and DVRCV including booklets and websites

-a collection of our favourite videos and international resources

These resources support short-term or ‘one off’ work with young people and complement, rather than replace more comprehensive,  whole of school work. We see this package of resources as a way for educators to gain confidence in delivering RRE and as a starting point for more thorough and sustainable RRE and acknowledge that one off sessions are likely to have far less of an impact than longer term programs. Contact details for longer-term programs are included in the hub.
