Three new resources

  • Schools Safe 4 Girls: This End Violence Against Women Coalition’s (EVAW, UK) new campaign is calling for schools, parents, students and the UK government to work together to ensure that girls are safe and that work is done to tackle harmful attitudes. Visit the website for more resources and information on getting involved.
  • The Center for Women’s Global Leadership 16 Days Take Action Kit, 2012: Several of the Take Action Kit documents are available in a range of languages (French, Spanish and Greek), and the Theme Announcement is available in 38 languages.  If you are interested in volunteering to translate any of the Take Action Kit documents into another language, please contact the makers at: 16days@cwgl.rutgers.edu<mailto:16days@cwgl.rutgers.edu.
  • The Pixel Project presents 16 songs about or related to violence against women and women’s empowerment in recognition of the power of music to educate, enlighten and help with social change. You might like to use these in your upcoming events.
